What to send
If you have spotted an error, include the address of the page, the sentence in question and, where possible, a source that shows the correct figure. Corrections that come with a reference are the easiest to verify and the quickest to act on. If you are suggesting a topic, a short note on the question you would like answered is enough; the most useful suggestions are specific and reader-focused rather than promotional.
If you are pointing to a primary source the site should be using, such as a national emission factor table or a registry entry, a link is all that is needed. The editorial approach and the kinds of sources the magazine relies on are set out on the about page.
What not to send
Please do not send press releases, guest post offers or requests to add commercial links. The site does not publish sponsored articles and does not accept payment for coverage or for links. A question that is likely to interest other readers may be turned into a guide, in which case the answer appears on the site rather than only in a reply.
